International Shipping Guide
Please check destination limits, preorder timing, customs notes, and delivery expectations before placing an international order.
Where we can ship
Shipping availability depends on the product, carrier service, and local import restrictions.
- Some products cannot be shipped to specific countries or regions.
- Destination checks are applied using the shipping country selected at checkout.
- Restrictions can differ by product category, carrier rules, and destination-country regulations.
- International orders are currently planned to ship through Sagawa Global or a partner carrier in the Sagawa Global network.
Preorders and release timing
Preorder items are sold before release, so delivery timing depends on the final release and stock arrival.
- Release dates shown on product pages may change after manufacturer updates.
- Orders ship after the item is released and arrives at our warehouse.
- If items in the same order move to different release periods, we may split the order or hold shipment until all items become available.
- Restricted destinations remain restricted even after the release date.
Customs and import charges
Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are controlled by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for local customs charges unless stated otherwise.
- Please check import conditions for your country before ordering.
- If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because duties, taxes, or customs procedures were not completed, the original shipping charge may not be refunded.
- Returned parcels caused by customs refusal may create additional return costs or administrative deductions.
Restricted destinations
If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, checkout may limit shipping or the order may not be accepted for that country.
- Country restrictions can apply even when the item is visible in the catalog.

Shipping fees and delivery timing
当店の国内配送は佐川急便にてお届けいたします。送料は配送地域、商品サイズ、商品ごとの送料区分により異なります。ご注文手続き時に表示される送料をご確認ください。
発送時期は商品ごとに異なります。在庫商品はご入金確認後またはご注文確定後、順次発送いたします。予約商品は発売日以降、入荷次第の発送となります。複数商品をご注文いただいた場合、商品によっては同時発送とならず、別送となる場合があります。
発送完了後、ご登録のメールアドレス宛に発送のご案内をお送りします。出荷後のお届け日時変更や営業所受け取り等をご希望の場合は、発送案内に記載の送り状番号をご確認のうえ、必要に応じて佐川急便へご相談ください。
ご注文後のお届け先変更は、発送準備状況によりお受けできない場合があります。発送手配後の変更については、当店での対応が難しい場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
