When payment is collected
Payment timing can differ between in-stock items, preorder products, and manually confirmed orders.
- In-stock orders usually proceed after checkout confirmation or payment confirmation.
- For payment methods with a deadline, payment must be completed by the deadline specified by us.
- Preorder schedules and confirmation timing may shift when the manufacturer changes the release date.

Manual payment instructions
銀行振込をご利用の場合は、ご注文内容と発送準備状況を確認後、当店より振込先口座およびご請求金額をメールでご案内いたします。ご案内前のお振込みは行わないようお願いいたします。
振込手数料はお客様負担となります。入金期限は、当店からの振込案内メール送信日を含め7日以内です。ご入金確認後、発送または予約受付確定の手続きを進めます。
ご入金後、2営業日を過ぎても当店から確認連絡が届かない場合は、振込日時・金額・振込名義をご記載のうえ、お問い合わせください。
